Details :

- Metalwork: Closure by rings, hooks and lace stops in bronzed iron, treated with a double galvanic bath “HRT” against the formation of rust.
- Zipper
- Sole: Footbet anatomic synthethic.
- Shaping : By interlocking. The upper is mounted on a last with a closed heel area designed for energy absorption on the heel.
The sole is applied to the upper using three layers of glue and hot vulcanized to ensure the best hold.
- Sole: Made of oil-resistant, wear-resistant, antistatic and heat-resistant nitrile rubber (Standard: HRO), with energy absorption system on the heel (Standard: E).

- Top-quality waterproof bovine leather
- Lining: AQUASTOP waterproof and breathable
- Non-slip sole: SPIDER oil-resistant, wear-resistant, heat-resistant
- Upper: full-grain vegetable-tanned bovine leather, without defects and/or imperfections, 2.0/2.2 mm thick.
- Tongue / gusset / collar: top quality calfskin, 1.0 - 1.1 mm thick.
- Lining: bootie sock in ACQUASTOP waterproof and breathable membrane with heat-sealed seams.
- Internal protective padding: made of foam rubber, with a variable thickness between 8.0 and 12.0 mm depending on the positioning. Variable density between 700 and 950 N/m3 depending on the shoe size.
- Heel counter and internal toe cap: Made of heat-adhesive felt in one piece, applied using a hot/cold system. Heated to 150°C and immediately cooled to -22°C, the heel counter is applied between the lining and the upper. Thickness varies between 0.8 and 1.2 mm depending on the shoe size.
- Protective tip: Anti-crushing iron resistant to a certified pressure of 200J.
- Anti-perforation sole: Made of Kevlar resistant to a certified pressure of 1100J.
